主要從事質子交換膜燃料電池的研究開發工作。
研究領域:
1、提高質子交換膜燃料電池使用壽命、降低成本方面的應用基礎研究
以氫氣為燃料的質子交換膜燃料電池,由于啟動速度快、功率密度高、無污染等特點被認為是未來清潔汽車的最佳候選電源之一。但要使其商業化,必須首先解決燃料電池在車用工況下的低使用壽命和高電池成本問題。
主要內容包括:高穩定性抗中毒電催化劑研究;燃料電池壽命快速評價;動態工況下燃料電池的衰減機理;燃料電池環境適應性研究;電池組內各節單電池的分布均勻性研究;單池內分布均勻性研究;廉價的雙極板材料;流場結構設計;電池系統模型模擬與優化等。
2、再生氫氧燃料電池系統技術研發
可再生氫氧燃料電池系統(RFC)將水電解技術與氫氧燃料電池技術相結合,氫氧燃料電池的燃料 H2、氧化劑O2可通過水電解過程得以“再生”, 從而起到蓄能供電雙重作用。而與太陽能發電相結合的可再生氫氧燃料電池是當前最具優勢的空間可再生能源技術。
主要內容包括:質子交換膜水電解池關鍵材料、部件開發與優化;特殊環境下應用的燃料電池系統技術;RFC系統集成與優化。

在各類新能源汽車中,燃料電池汽車因具有零排放、效率高、能源可再生等優勢,被認為是未來汽車工業的發展方向。其關鍵部件燃料電池,是當今世界科技創新的前沿。中科院大連化物所研究員邵志剛憑借在燃料電池研發領域的卓越成果,日前入選第二批國家“**計劃”科技創新領軍人才!
作為大連化物所潔凈能源國家實驗室燃料電池研究部部長,邵志剛研發燃料電池已整整20年,他和團隊在燃料電池關鍵材料、部件及系統方面,都形成了自主知識產權體系。
20年間,邵志剛的團隊不斷取得新突破,燃料電池發動機從最初的大體積、小功率,不斷向小體積、大功率換代發展!
邵志剛所帶領的團隊有50多人,他不僅要在科研上做好帶頭人,還要統籌安排團隊分工,讓科研效率最大化!
經過一路攻關,2014年,邵志剛帶領團隊研發的新燃料電池完成測試,使用壽命達到3000小時,為下一步的示范運行和商品化奠定了技術基礎。

知難不畏 拼搏創新-訪大連化物所燃料電池研究室邵志剛
邵志剛,1991年畢業于大連理工大學化學工程系環境工程專業,獲學士學位;1993年來到所里讀碩士,隨后留所工作,于2000年獲工學博士學位;2001至2002年,在香港科技大學化工系做博士后研究工作;2003至2005年3月,在英國紐卡斯爾大學化工系從事博士后研究工作;2005年4月至今在所燃料電池工程中心從事質子交換膜燃料電池膜電極材料的研究與開發;2006年,入選中國科學院“**計劃”。
料電池的研究進行了大的調整,邵志剛老師應聘了新組建的燃料電池系統科學與工程組(301組)組長,至今剛好滿一年,談到這一年301組從無到有的發展歷程,邵老師感慨良多。
起步維艱 調整方向
應聘組長前,邵老師對今后面臨的困難已經有所考慮,因為原來的301組所做的工作全部轉入新源公司,新成立的301組不可能做同樣的工作。當正式踏上組長崗位時,他意識到困難遠比想象的要大。首要的困難是確定研究方向,沒有方向根本無法開展工作。所里為組里的初步定位是主要為新源公司提供技術支撐,也就是側重于車用燃料電池技術的基礎性研究,這對于急需資源的新組建的研究組來說,困難可想而知,因為在現有的大環境下,最基本的經費保障都很困難。在所里現有的考核制度下,一個重新組建的課題組需要生存下去,必須要尋找新的生長點。在原有堅實的技術功底保證下,在領導、專家的有力指導下,邵老師毅然選擇把研究方向側重于再生氫氧燃料電池系統技術研發。

有了研究方向,就應該選擇項目來支撐。在項目爭取的過程中,邵老師深深體會到艱辛,他說:“該領域國內已有研究機構在做,我們作為一個新成員要想參與進去非常困難,雖有基礎,但上無‘人脈’”。但是邵老師沒有退縮,他有信心,一方面是因為我們燃料電池的技術基礎很好,另一方面是所里上下給予了大力的支持。原所長包信和研究員曾多次給予指導和建議;張濤所長一直關心項目申請與進展情況,并到室里進行指導;衣寶廉院士在項目論證會上據理力爭,并帶病參加項目答辯;孫公權主任也親臨答辯會,進行協調;科技處領導更是經常到組里調研,幫助解決相關問題。邵老師說:“這些都是我們最有力的支持。”項目最終拿下了,但是這僅僅是第一步,接下來要把項目做好。“我們能拿到項目很不容易,畢竟我們是新人,而且拿到的是別人不能做或者不愿意做、有風險的項目,我們壓力很大。”邵老師說,“但是我們不怕,我們有技術,有所里各方面的支持,而且組內上下對此有清醒的認識,大家一年來每個周六都來加班工作。”半年多后,在全組的共同拼搏下,項目圓滿完成,而且考慮到應用前景,在合同指標基礎上自主放大了10倍,該工作得到驗收專家們的認可,并獲得新的更大力度的經費支持。
前瞻需求 攻堅創新
可再生氫氧燃料電池系統(RFC)將水電解技術與氫氧燃料電池技術相結合,氫氧燃料電池的燃料H2、氧化劑O2可通過水電解過程得以“再生”,從而起到蓄能供電雙重作用。與太陽能發電相結合的可再生氫氧燃料電池是當前最具優勢的空間可再生能源技術。該研究代表著未來燃料電池的發展方向,在國外尚屬實驗階段,國內雖有科研機構涉足,但是也是探索階段。邵老師說:“我們看到了未來的廣闊前景,所以最終決定做這個方向。正是因為如此,該方向研究會有很大難度,所以沒有人愿意做。但是我們有實力有信心,我們就要做別人做不出來的工作。”他形容現在是“戰國時代”,我們一定要抓住機遇,在“群雄并起”中搶得先機,在國際上謀得一席之地,為國家做出貢獻。
目前,組里已經初步度過了最艱難的時期,經費比較充裕,4名博士同時拿到了車用燃料電池863項目,兩名職工升為教授級高工,邵老師本人也得到了中科院“**計劃”的擇優支持。邵老師說:“這都是大家共同努力取得的,比如申請車用燃料電池863項目時,大家互相幫助、支持,共同研究討論,所以在全國十幾個項目中我們一舉得到4項。”
談到未來,邵老師仍然不敢有一絲松懈,為了更好地開展工作,他準備補充工程設計和電子控制方面的人員,F在承擔的項目依然時間緊、任務重,他說:“我們一定會堅持住,力爭圓滿完成,現在是打基礎階段,只要現在辛苦一些,將來就會有更大的收獲。”相信在邵老師的帶領下,301組將會迎來更加美好的明天。
