譚平恒,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。譚平恒博士1996年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)物理系,2001年在中科院半導(dǎo)體研究所獲得博士學(xué)位,之后在德國慕尼黑技術(shù)大學(xué)肖特基研究所做博士后研究。2003年3月他回國到中國科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體研究所工作。2006-2007年獲英國皇家學(xué)會KC Wong Royal Society Fellow資助訪問英國劍橋大學(xué)工程系。譚平恒博士于2002年獲中科院院長獎學(xué)金特別獎,2003年獲第五屆全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文,2005年入選北京市科技新星計劃, 2007年獲得第四屆徐敘瑢發(fā)光學(xué)優(yōu)秀青年論文一等獎,2008年年獲盧嘉錫青年人才獎,2011年入選中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會會員,2012年度獲國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金,2015年獲黃昆固體物理與半導(dǎo)體物理研究獎,并入選科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才,2016年獲中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會優(yōu)秀會員,2017年入選第三批國家“萬人計劃”科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才,并獲得首屆Dayawati Rastogi Award。2018年至今入選科睿唯安全球高被引科學(xué)家,2020年至今入選愛思唯爾中國高被引學(xué)者。
一直從事半導(dǎo)體物理與半導(dǎo)體器件物理方面的研究,他和他的合作者取得了以下代表性成果:(1)提出了莫爾聲子概念,被學(xué)術(shù)界接受;觀察到了范德華異質(zhì)結(jié)中跨維度電聲子耦合作用,建立理論模型對其進(jìn)行了解釋。(2)系統(tǒng)研究了單層和多層石墨烯的晶格振動光譜,首先觀察到多層石墨烯的層間耦合振動模,被譽為層狀材料低頻聲子模研究的先驅(qū)性工作,系統(tǒng)地研究了多種范德華異質(zhì)結(jié)的界面耦合機制及其對物理性質(zhì)的影響。(3)系統(tǒng)研究了碳納米管及其相關(guān)材料的色散性拉曼振動模,為雙共振拉曼散射理論的建立提供了數(shù)項重要實驗基礎(chǔ)。(4)全面總結(jié)拉曼光譜表征Ge/Si量子點體系的應(yīng)力模型,被廣泛采用;實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)福斯特激子相互作用為半導(dǎo)體納米管束內(nèi)激子能量傳遞的主要機制,實驗觀測到GaNAs合金E+能級的光致發(fā)光譜并提出E+能級新模型。(5)開發(fā)了基于單光柵光譜儀的超低波數(shù)拉曼光譜測試技術(shù),相關(guān)科研成果被儀器廠商產(chǎn)品宣傳資料多次采用。研發(fā)獲自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的SmartRaman顯微共焦拉曼熒光光譜測量模塊,入選《中國科學(xué)院自主研制科學(xué)儀器》產(chǎn)品名錄,已在全國各大學(xué)和科研院所銷售數(shù)十臺套。
至今已在國內(nèi)外物理期刊發(fā)表論文200余篇,部分論文發(fā)表于Nat. Mater.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Nano、Adv. Mater.和Nano Lett.。所發(fā)表論文被SCI引用1萬4千余次,SCI引用大于100次的論文30余篇。多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文被國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)專著和綜述性文章多次引用。編輯出版一本英文著作《Raman spectroscopy of two-dimensional materials》,撰寫出版一本中文專著《石墨烯基材料的拉曼光譜學(xué)研究》,翻譯出版《碳材料的拉曼光譜-從碳納米管到金剛石》和《石墨烯相關(guān)體系的拉曼光譜學(xué)》,并為三本英文專輯或?qū)Vl(fā)表英文章節(jié)。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會議上做大會報告和邀請邀請報告100余次。參與起草多項國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),牽頭起草國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《納米技術(shù)石墨烯相關(guān)二維材料的層數(shù)測量 拉曼光譜法》已獲正式發(fā)布,并將于2021年12月1日起實施。申請國家發(fā)明專利20余項并獲得授權(quán),部分專利已實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化。

一直從事半導(dǎo)體物理與半導(dǎo)體器件物理方面的研究,他和他的合作者取得了以下代表性成果:(1)提出了莫爾聲子概念,被學(xué)術(shù)界接受;觀察到了范德華異質(zhì)結(jié)中跨維度電聲子耦合作用,建立理論模型對其進(jìn)行了解釋。(2)系統(tǒng)研究了單層和多層石墨烯的晶格振動光譜,首先觀察到多層石墨烯的層間耦合振動模,被譽為層狀材料低頻聲子模研究的先驅(qū)性工作,系統(tǒng)地研究了多種范德華異質(zhì)結(jié)的界面耦合機制及其對物理性質(zhì)的影響。(3)系統(tǒng)研究了碳納米管及其相關(guān)材料的色散性拉曼振動模,為雙共振拉曼散射理論的建立提供了數(shù)項重要實驗基礎(chǔ)。(4)全面總結(jié)拉曼光譜表征Ge/Si量子點體系的應(yīng)力模型,被廣泛采用;實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)福斯特激子相互作用為半導(dǎo)體納米管束內(nèi)激子能量傳遞的主要機制,實驗觀測到GaNAs合金E+能級的光致發(fā)光譜并提出E+能級新模型。(5)開發(fā)了基于單光柵光譜儀的超低波數(shù)拉曼光譜測試技術(shù),相關(guān)科研成果被儀器廠商產(chǎn)品宣傳資料多次采用。研發(fā)獲自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的SmartRaman顯微共焦拉曼熒光光譜測量模塊,入選《中國科學(xué)院自主研制科學(xué)儀器》產(chǎn)品名錄,已在全國各大學(xué)和科研院所銷售數(shù)十臺套。
至今已在Nat. Mater., Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett.和J. Am. Chem. Soc., 等國內(nèi)外物理期刊發(fā)表論文200余篇,所發(fā)表論文被SCI引用1萬6千余次,多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文被國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)專著和綜述性文章多次引用。編輯出版一本英文著作《Raman spectroscopy of two-dimensional materials》,撰寫出版一本中文專著《石墨烯基材料的拉曼光譜學(xué)研究》,翻譯出版《碳材料的拉曼光譜-從碳納米管到金剛石》和《石墨烯相關(guān)體系的拉曼光譜學(xué)》,并為四本英文專輯或?qū)Vl(fā)表英文章節(jié)。 在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會議上做大會報告和邀請邀請報告100余次。 參與起草多項國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),牽頭起草國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《納米技術(shù)石墨烯相關(guān)二維材料的層數(shù)測量 拉曼光譜法》已獲正式發(fā)布,并將于2021年12月1日起實施。申請國家發(fā)明專利20余項并獲得授權(quán),部分專利已實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化。
