科研成果:
1. 博士論文階段參加“ 863 ”計(jì)劃與國家自然科學(xué)基金“復(fù)合氧化物納米材料的制備與性能”研究。制備最小尺寸達(dá)到 10nm 以下的復(fù)合氧化物鐵電納米材料,對材料的制備工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)、物理化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究。
2. 南京理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院做博士后研究工作 , 承擔(dān)“六角晶系鐵氧體納米隱身材料的研究”。開發(fā)一種新型納米復(fù)合隱身材料。同時(shí),發(fā)明了氧化物( TiO 2 )納米催化劑,用于高分子材料(雙馬萊酸)的聚合反應(yīng)。使聚合反應(yīng)溫度降低,使材料的耐熱性明顯增強(qiáng)。成果通過江蘇省科委的技術(shù)鑒定。
3. 清華大學(xué)材料系做博士后研究 , 作為骨干主要參加“高性能鈦酸鋇基 X7R MLCC 材料的研究” “ 863 ”計(jì)劃的課題。制備出高性能鈦酸鋇基 X7R MLCC 材料。已獲授權(quán)專利一項(xiàng)。制備出 X7R402 和 X7R502 兩種的片式電容。
4. 美國賓西法尼亞大學(xué) ( 費(fèi)城 ) 材料科學(xué)與工程系做博士后 , 提出無壓燒結(jié)技術(shù)(兩段法)成功制備出氧化釔納米陶瓷,開拓了制備納米陶瓷材料的全新方法。論文已在英國“ NATURE ”上發(fā)表( 2000 年 3 月)。
5. 高性能低溫?zé)Y(jié)鐵氧體 片感材料 及元件:基于納米粉無壓燒結(jié)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了 900 ℃ 低溫?zé)Y(jié),研制出 細(xì)晶高 磁導(dǎo)率 NiCuZn 鐵氧體片感材料 (磁導(dǎo)率大于1000 )及甚高頻應(yīng)用的 Z 型平面六角鐵氧體材料。制備出大感量( 100 m H )片式電感及片式微型平面變壓器。獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利中國三項(xiàng),日本一項(xiàng),美國兩項(xiàng)。
6. 新一代高性能低成本多層陶瓷電容器材料與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)(“863”重大項(xiàng)目):突破了新一代高性能賤金屬內(nèi)電極多層陶瓷電容器(BME-MLCC)薄層化、微型化關(guān)鍵技術(shù),化學(xué)方法制備納米BaTiO3通過精細(xì)調(diào)控陶瓷“芯-殼”結(jié)構(gòu)和無壓燒結(jié)技術(shù),研制出擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的、性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平的高性能(X7R和Y5V)BME-MLCC瓷料和軍用高介溫度穩(wěn)定型MLCC材料。所研制的溫度穩(wěn)定型X7R BME-MLCC系列瓷料具有細(xì)晶(200-300nm)、高介(ε³ 3000)等特征(已獲授權(quán)中國專利: ZL02131431.4 和美國專利US7022635B2);Y5V瓷料具有細(xì)晶、高介(ε³ 16000)等特征(中國專利:公開號 CA1461022A和CN 1404081A)。制備出超薄層(3-5微米)BME-MLCC器件,兩項(xiàng)成果通過國家教育部技術(shù)成果鑒定,達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平。并已在風(fēng)華、國騰公司及715廠實(shí)現(xiàn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化,取得顯著的社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。所研制成功的軍用高可靠性X7R(502)MLCC瓷料(ε~5000)(授權(quán)專利ZL98124799.7)已在軍工片式陶瓷電容器專業(yè)廠家成都715廠成功轉(zhuǎn)化,制備出大容量軍用片式電容器。
7. 信息功能納米 / 亞微米 晶 陶瓷的尺寸效應(yīng)及控制原理(“ 973 ” 項(xiàng)目):無壓燒結(jié)制備出納米 / 亞微米 晶 功能陶瓷,研究了鐵電、鐵氧體等納米 / 亞微米 晶 陶瓷燒結(jié)機(jī)理和無晶粒生長的動力學(xué)臨界區(qū)域。系統(tǒng)研究了納米 / 亞微米晶 BaTiO 3 、 NiCuZn 鐵氧體、BiSCO3-PbTiO3等壓電陶瓷尺寸效應(yīng)與結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的變化規(guī)律。首次無壓燒結(jié)制備出 99.6% 的 8nm BaTiO 3 陶瓷,并實(shí)驗(yàn)證明晶粒尺寸小到 8nm 依然保持鐵電性。
8. 通過電化學(xué)方法成功地在金屬鈦基底上成功制備出氧化鈦納米管陣列薄膜,納米管陣列面積大、均勻排列、管(孔)徑 10-100nm 、長度達(dá)到 22μm 。通過控制不同的退火溫度,得到 不 同晶型的氧化鈦單晶納米管。這種單晶納米管陣列薄膜具有優(yōu)異的光催化性能和超親水性。并以TiO2為模板制備出單晶BaTiO3,PbTiO3等復(fù)合氧化物納米管。這些陣列結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特,具有很大的表面積,在催化、光電子、生物及太陽能電池等許多領(lǐng)域具有很多潛在的應(yīng)用前景。

10月14日至15日,系黨委書記潘偉教授和系副主任林元華教授帶領(lǐng)15名師生,代表清華大學(xué)參加了在韓國首爾國立大學(xué)舉辦的第六屆中日韓清華大學(xué)-東京大學(xué)-首爾國立大學(xué)三校學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)論壇。本次會議的主題為先進(jìn)功能材料。大會上,潘偉教授代表清華大學(xué)致辭,王曉慧教授做了大會邀請報(bào)告。會議期間,三校學(xué)生就材料領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了大量發(fā)言和討論。會議結(jié)束后,韓方還組織了三校學(xué)生參觀了首爾國立大學(xué)、韓國中央博物館、朝韓軍事分界線,通過本次交流和參觀,大家對韓國的科技、歷史和文化有了新的認(rèn)識和了解。
