袁正偉,男,1966年11月生,醫學博士,博士生導師,國家衛健委小兒先天畸形重點實驗室主任,中國醫科大學附屬盛京醫院國家兒童區域醫療中心學術帶頭人,中華醫學會小兒外科分會委員,遼寧省醫學會小兒外科分會副主委,遼寧省醫學會理事,遼寧省細胞學會干細胞與再生專業委員會副主任委員,遼寧省科技創新領軍人才,遼寧省優秀專家,遼寧省高校創新團隊負責人。擔任中華小兒外科雜志編委,Neuroproteomics副主編,Frontiers in cell and developmental biology副主編,Journal of Integrated OMICS副主編,發育醫學雜志副主編。榮獲2001年日本武藤醫學獎,2002年遼寧省優秀中青年骨干教師,2006年中國醫科大學科學研究與技術開發特殊貢獻獎勵津貼,2007年中國醫科大學優秀專家,2007年遼寧省百千萬人才工程百人層次,2014年遼寧省高校創新團隊帶頭人,2018年遼寧省優秀專家,2019年遼寧省“興遼英才計劃”科技創新領軍人才,2021年被評為二級教授。作為第一負責人先后獲得9項國家自然科學基金,2項國家重點專項課題,1項國家重點專項子課題,1項973子課題,獲得科研經費總計2000余萬元。在國外核心期刊發表論文252篇,其中SCI收錄154篇(第一或通訊作者66篇,其中中科院分區1區8篇、2區28篇)。作為第一完成人科研成果獲得遼寧省科技進步一等獎1項,中國醫院協會醫院科技創新三等獎1項;作為第二完成人獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項,遼寧省科技進步一等獎1項,教育部科技進步一等獎1項,遼寧省科技進步二等獎1項,三等獎2項。獲得發明專利6項,其中專利成果轉化1項,轉化金額100萬元。指導研究生62人,其中博士研究生36人,碩士研究生26人,培養的博士研究生榮獲遼寧省優秀學位論文。

科研成果:
1. 獲遼寧省科技進步獎多項。編寫《小兒排尿功能障礙的診斷與治療》一書。
2. 從事的課題建立了神經電生理、多導直腸肛管向量測壓、X線和同位素動態排便造影等手段系統研究肛門直腸畸形術后排便功能障礙發生的病理機制,提出排便功能障礙的5種病理類型,并在國內外首次創造性地設計有針對性的生物反饋治療方法,排便功能評分平均增加2分以上,成為有效治療肛門直腸畸形術后排便功能異常的重要手段。這部分內容后來也成為2007年申報國家科技進步獎二等獎的重要創新點之一。
3. 率領課題團隊取得了輝煌的成果:國家科技進步獎二等獎1項,教育部科技進步獎一等獎1項,遼寧省科技進步獎一等獎1項,二等獎1項,三等獎2項。在“十五”期間共獲得各種科研基金資助30項,其中包括參加“973”工程項目1項,國家自然科學基金13項,省部級重點課題5項等,總資助經費550余萬元。在國內外核心期刊共發表論著130余篇,其中有57篇在國外雜志發表并被SCI收錄,參編相關專著5部。研究成果在2001年榮獲日本武藤醫學獎。

我院成功舉辦全國小兒外科肛腸疾病專題研討會
金秋十月,秋高氣爽。由中華醫學會小兒外科分會主辦、我院小兒外科承辦的中華小兒外科學會小兒肛腸疾病專題研討會10月15-17日在古城西安錦苑富潤大飯店隆重召開,全國多名小兒外科知名專家出席會議。
本次會議是中華醫學會小兒外科分會肛腸組換屆以來首次會議。應中華醫學會小兒外科分會肛腸組副組長、我院副院長、小兒外科博士生導師高亞教授邀請,中華醫學會小兒外科分會肛腸組組長、中國醫科大學附屬盛京醫院王維林教授,肛腸組副組長、解放軍總醫院劉洲祿教授、湖南省兒童醫院周小漁教授及肛腸組成員、重慶醫科大學附屬兒童醫院周德凱教授、首都醫科大學附屬北京兒童醫院陳亞軍教授、廣州市兒童醫院朱德力教授、中國醫科大學附屬盛京醫院袁正偉教授等十二名國內知名小兒外科專家齊聚西安,共謀小兒外科肛腸疾病診治新發展。我院小兒外科主任徐泉教授、張憲生教授、吳宣林副教授以及小兒外科多名醫師參加會議。會議旨在研究討論小兒巨結腸同源病、小兒便失禁、排便障礙性生物反饋訓練、小兒功能性便秘的診斷標準及治療流程方案。會議由高亞教授主持,他首先代表我院對各位專家在百忙之中來到西安參會表示熱烈的歡迎,同時高度評價了本次研討會對小兒肛腸疾病的重大意義。會議期間,組長王維林教授全面闡述了上述疾病的國內外研究進展情況,并提出了指導性意見。各位與會代表積極發言,分別匯報了各自所做的工作。高亞教授就先天性巨結腸有關內容做了專題報告,會議討論氣氛熱烈,達到了會議的預期目的。
會議結束時,各位專家對我院成功舉辦此次研討會表示熱烈祝賀,并對會議期間會務組熱情周到的接待服務表示衷心的感謝,同時也預祝我院未來的發展更加美好。
