李亞紅,女,1968年6月生,理學博士,教授、博士生導師,現任蘇州大學化學學院教授。
教育及工作經歷:
1993年獲西北大學化學系理學碩士學位,并留校任教。
1996-1999年在蘭州大學高世揚院士的指導下攻讀博士學位。
2000.6 -2001.6到英國牛津大學做博士后研究。在無機化學研究所Philip Mountford教授的研究室從事類卟啉金屬有機化合物的合成以及此類化合物對抗癌性天然產物合成反應催化作用的研究。
2001.6-2004.4在美國密西根州立大學Aaron Odom 教授的實驗室做博士后研究。
2004.4 -2004.9在英國曼徹斯特大學做博士后研究。
2004年9月到蘇州大學化學化工學院工作。

科研成果:
已在J.Am.Chem.Soc.,Inorg.Chem.,Organometallics,Org.Lett., CrystEngComm等國際知名期刊上發表論文150多篇,其中,多篇論文被選為封面論文。 2011年獲教育部高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(自然科學)二等獎。她本人也入選江蘇省青藍工程、“333工程”和六大人才高峰等人才計劃。
合成了7個含有Ti=N-NR1R2鍵的化合物,這類化合物的晶體結構從未見文獻報道。其首次合成,給劍橋晶體數據庫中增加了含Ti=N-NR1R2鍵的化合物的晶體結構數據。同時,她證明了炔烴的氫肼化反應的機理是通過先形成Ti=N-NR1R2,然后再進行2+2環加成的機理,結束了10多年來對氫肼化反應機理的討論。
研究成果發展了一種以金屬離子為模板,只用一種或兩種反應起始物,一步合成含有羰基、仲碳、叔碳和季碳的含氮雜環的新方法。這些雜環是具有生物活性的天然產物的重要片段。此合成反應有較寬的底物適應范圍,使含多種雜原子的大環分子的合成變得簡單、高效、可控,提供了一種新的合成C-C鍵的方法,發展了一種以芳基甲醚為底物的胺化反應。在此反應中,以胺為導向基團,以Ti(NR2)4為反應媒介和反應原料,可以在室溫下合成芳香胺。該反應對芳基甲醚有廣泛的官能團普適性。除Ti(NMe2)4外,Ti(NE2)4和Ti(HNPh)4也可以作為氮源來實施芳基甲醚的胺化反應。
